About the Role Responsibilities: Provide coverage and travel to perform mobile phlebotomy job dutiesAssist in the coordination of a team of mobile phlebotomists with the Phlebotomist CoordinatorPerform appointment quality checks  on a regular basis and accurately report all findingsReview daily/weekly schedule with the Phlebotomist Coordinator and making schedule adjustments as neededAssist with day-to-day customer service including interactions with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, emails, and other communication platformsPerform all duties of a mobile phlebotomist as neededVisit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens, with a high degree of accuracy Ability to adapt in a rapid high-growth environmentMaintain close communication with the Phlebotomist Coordinator and patient experience team during business hours

A Bit About You:Minimum Qualifications: 3 months of Mobile Phlebotomist experience within Getlabs (must be in current role for at least 3 months) No performance or behavior warnings within the last 6 monthsNo internal recollections within the last 90 Days Previous experience as a mobile phlebotomist; 3 years is requiredPhlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is required: American Medical Technologists (AMT), American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities and techniquesProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalA disciplined worker who can work independently or in a team environmentReliable transportation and clean driving record
